1.Coordinating bus mall operations during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.2.Training the workforce on how ingress and egress works.3.Conducting both Role Specific Training (RSTs) and Venue Specific Training(VSTs)to make the workforce understand the basics of the whole operation.4.Preparing the bus mall to get ready for operations by placing cooler boxes and umbrellas in their correct position.Also distribute radios and traffic wands to the workforce and ensure they are returned at the end of the operations.5.Ensuring safe movement of buses inside the bus mall by correct marshaling 6.Controlling the traffic by ensuring only the authorised vehicles enter the bus mall(Only vehicles with the correct VAPPS)7.Liase with the local area traffic management plan(LATMP)
