Peter Klein is a corporate and transactional attorney with over forty years of corporate and middle market mergers and acquisitions experience, ranging from add-on acquisitions to complex acquisitions and dispositions involving both privately held and public companies, including related financing transactions and complex cross-border transactions. Peter also advises senior executives, including management teams of private equity portfolio companies, with respect to executive compensation matters, including employment agreements, long-term incentive arangements and equity co-investments.Peter served as a partner and general counsel of Brockway Moran & Partners, Inc., a middle market private equity firm based in Boca Raton, Florida, from January 2000 to early 2020. Prior to that, he spent nearly 14 years with Trivest, Inc., a middle market private equity firm based in Miami, Florida, where he served as Managing Director and general counsel. Before joining Trivest, he practiced law in Chicago, Illinois and Cleveland, Ohio. Peter has served as a member of the boards of directors of numerous Brockway Moran & Partners and Trivest portfolio companies across a broad range of industries.
