• Maintaining data work requirements by following data program techniques, procedures as well as meeting and maintaining the required quality threshold.• Researching products across several e-commerce platforms, writing their descriptions and titles and classifying them into different categories. • Analyzing agents’ work output against guidelines/standards and providing feedback. • Compiling daily, weekly and monthly quality reports. • Collaborating with operations to ensure the best standards are revised and updated where needed. • Maintaining an up-to-date record of agents' performance for quality reviews. • Providing feedback to team leaders on identified areas that individual team members need to improve in for coaching.
