Primary Responsibilities:-In Charge of Team Documentation creation, organization and optimization. -Provide guidance, instruction, direction to team members on a daily basis for purposes of coordinating service requests, incidents, and individual project tasks.-SME for Department workflows - Engaging with team, department, other IS teams, and vendors to optimize workflow and suggest improvements. Define needs/problems, Research solutions and present plans to Departments. Worked with Departments and IS staff to perform the functions implementation and maintenance of projects and systems, coordinate projects which may include both end-user, other departments, and IS staff team members. Acted as primary contact with software vendors. Monitors existing systems and make recommendations, where appropriate, to maintain acceptable levels of performance, reliability, user satisfaction, and integration with other enterprise initiatives.
