However, through this experience, Dr. Kroll learned a wealth of knowledge navigating complex multilayered health care business scenarios and government regulations at the state and federal level that sets him apart with expertise in the health care management arena. In 2019, Dr. Kroll assumed a consulting position with Sweet Dreams Anesthesia and has recently become an executive director in 2023. Through his involvement and leadership, Sweet Dreams has sophisticated its business and grown significantly expanding to multiple states in the US. Dr. Kroll is an investor, consultant, and former board member (2013-2021) at Genelux, a life science viral oncolytic company.
