The people that I would place would be low-mid level Helpdesk-DTS people that would be working on a contract basis. I was able to do a lot of work with UPENN, Albert Einstein and a variety of top law firms in the city.(Blank Rome and Reed Smith)I enjoyed this position due to the fact that I was able to meet with so many people. When you are trying to sell, you must meet F2F with your client so that you can look them in the eye and gain their trust.Once contracts were signed I would work with a Specialized Recruiter to place the best person for that role. Position's were usually filled within a 24-48 hour timespan.
