Role and Responsibility:- Part of Demand and Supply Team, Store Development, Property - Managing demand and forecasting for all Clothing & Home and Foods shop-fit packages procured and supplied by the team for both new and existing stores- Maintaining up-to date demand data in Microsoft Dynamics AX - Working effectively with production planning and supply on project delivery- Creation of quarterly bulk pre-buys for select packages - Chairing team’s weekly operational meeting- Project management of select key work streams such as UK New-build programme and several Initiatives (updates to existing stores) - Management of majority of demand-related processes with both internal and external stakeholders- Functioning as team’s System Administrator/Master Data using Atlas add-in for AX and assisting with custom system developments- Daily use of Excel, often in an advanced wayAchievements:- Consistent high accuracy of system demand leading to an excellent delivery track record by the team for all programmes - Streamlining and development of large number of processes and reports used both between internal and external stakeholders and within the role itself- Automation of multiple reports and tools used by the team and within the role- Growing the role through efficient processes and advanced use of MS Excel- Building an excellent network with all key stakeholders (both internal and external)- Proficiency in Dynamics AX- All-round knowledge of supply chain operations (from demand, procurement, production planning, supply, systems)
