This required the complete strip out and refurbishment of the building and installing a new continuous milling process to feed the mashing plant, all within CDM 2007 Regulations. I was also responsible for planning the installation of 4 additional 480Cum fermenters into an area of the site which required extensive excavation and nailing of a 7M high embankment, forming a 400Sqm concrete containment base. Within the embankment were 11KV cables which had to be relocated before work started.Additionally as part of the team, I assisted with planning the installation of 4 new vessels within the mash house, increasing the wort cooling capacity and replacing of an existing boiler with a new 30T/hr gas fired boiler.
