Peter is an environmental scientist with an engineering background and a passion for contaminated and industrial aquatic sites. His expertise includes: program management, CERCLA support, contaminated sediments, habitat restoration, dredging, permitting, regulatory compliance and negotiation, interagency coordination, training development and public outreach. Peter has led numerous multidisciplinary projects. The common thread among these was management of complex and diverse project teams. Peter’s success in leading diverse projects stems from his ability to listen and understand client concerns; his attention to quality, scope, schedule and budget; and his ability to communicate effectively with project proponents, staff, team partners, regulators and stakeholders.
