• Review mechanical designs and cost with development and procurement teams (DFM, tooling drawings, tooling schedule, trial shot, dimensions report).
• Manage ODM's tooling design, manufacturing plan, package design, assembly fixture, label and product assembly SOP with quality and test engineer.
• Release and submit ECO, MCO, PCD, review Product BOM constructs, and implement ECR by Agile.
• Create new assembly manufacturing SOP for WW warehouse and advise technical assembly specifications for ODMs.Accomplishments:
• Drove operational issues related to manufacturing, quality, and assembly processes to ensure effective closure of customer and WW warehouse shipping issues.

• Responsible for mechanical tooling factories for Printer, robot vacuum cleaner:
• Coordinate with mechanical RD to make feasible and reasonable tolerances based on function consideration and manufacturability.
• Interact with tooling vendors in tooling modification and follow up on tooling progress to minimize the impact of trial short schedule.
• Develop PPAP (Production part approval process) & proposed to customer for HVM approval.Accomplishments:
• Successfully launched 7+ printer control panels, 2+ printer automatic document feeders.
• Successfully Implemented tooling control plan to align schedule with cross-function teams.

• Responsible for tooling design for plastic components of computer, communication, and consumer electronics:
• Work with RD team from concepts to real tooling parts.
• Review tooling parts, make DFM, join trial shot and design change implements.Accomplishments:
• Successfully transferred tooling from Taiwan to China without delay or issues.
• 80+ molds for single and double injection mold (main customers like Apple, Logitech, SONY, Nintendo, NIKE).
