Full time analyst on a Small Business Administration Contract for OM and development of their interface system Certify. Certify is a key piece for a few SBA programs, particularly 8a, WOSB, Mentor-Protege, and HUBZone. My role includes backend data manipulation, requirement gathering, report design/presentation for SES level federal staff, and sprint cycle user testing. I employ a large amount of postgreSQL and R to work with data from the relational databases in the backend of Certify.

My small team supports the Risk Management and Monitoring Team under the Office of the Deputy Secretary at the Department of Education. A centerpiece of our support (and the project I represent as head analyst and sprint cycle manager) involves designing the software systems for Payment Integrity for ED.
