• Provided software/hardware technical architecture solutions in liaison with key stakeholders across enterprise and site platforms to ensure proper solution integration, including IT and OT based assets all while using Cloud and/or On-site solutions.• Technical lead on outcome selling onsite assessments with large manufacturing companies, identifying customer Pressures, Levers, and Barriers to help prioritize and create an outcome map. These assessments are three day events working with CEO, CFO, and plant managers about enterprise/site issues and company goals. • Established pilots to show proof of concepts in the cloud or onsite, while providing solution outcomes and architecture designs based on customers’ requirements. • Designed and evaluated demos that match a customer’s need and then executed the demo based off outcomes that have been discussed. • Collaborated with global sales force, resellers, and OEM’s to help train, mentor and guide them through new solution architecture frameworks, software or hardware based.• GE Project Leader for City of Cincinnati water department installment. Oversaw data collection for cloud integration and addressing product security, architecture, and functionality requirements set by the City of Cincinnati water.• Lead Solution Architect advisor with existing customers. Worked directly with a customer’s technical team to align product roadmaps with customer goals and future outcomes. • Lead Solution Architect for large OEM Asset Performance Monitoring (APM) project. Used my extensive Life Sciences background to help design a multi-level architecture that included pulling data out of OEM devices and software and pushing the data through our edge device and into the APM cloud. Lead the development of a reusable architecture that can be sold to each OEM customer.
