With 20 years experience my career to date has given me a broad base of Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Contract Administration experience on a variety of project types ranging from smaller fast track fit outs to large scale traditional and Management Contracts including airports, exhibition centres, hotels, towers, hospitals, residential and commercial buildings. I have worked for organisations in all aspects of the development and construction process including specialist subcontractors, main contractors, project management consultants and major developers. I have developed good contractual understanding and claims handling, preparation and settlement skills. I have led the procurement process from major main contract and consultancy awards to smaller specialist subcontracts and engineering works as well as equipment and material ordering. I have extensive experience in budget preparation as well as detailed cost analysis and reporting.I am able to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
