This principally entailed developing tools to handle the movement and reconciliation of data between both online and locally hosted financial information systems including the School’s ERP (SAS 2000), the online debt collection system (FACTS), Swift Digital payment portal and its related ANZ eGate payment gateway, as well as the expense management system (Fraedom).Other key duties involved planning the School’s annual budget process, developing and consolidating shared online budget tools, as well as communicating to and educating users of these tools, the development and maintenance of financial modelling tools used for the modelling of fees, grant income and employment expenses, and the improvement and maintenance of financial and management reporting tools used in the production of the annual financial statements and the quarterly board reports.
