Management and Financial Control - Oil ProjectsTraining of a Project Controller Assistants (Advance Excel; SAP and Management Systems).-Responsible of the Forecast, Revenues and Costs on this projects.-Month end closing; -Post close process / account reconciliation reviews; -Provide financial support to project team including financial reporting, monthly financial reviews, and invoicing.-Maintain good internal controls and policies based on accounting principles and financial standards with regards to project accounting.-Assist with process improvements in the month end process, billing process, and operations.Financial / Administration preparation and set-up for designated Projects;-Ensuring a strong Internal Control Environment within the Projects – both from point of view of internal audits as well as external auditors.-Project financial management, creating and maintaining billing milestones, tracking labor and material costs, understanding different commercial terms (cost plus, fixed price, times and material), managing invoicing and collections, and analyzing actual, committed and planned costs.-Assist the Project Managers to ensure all billings are completed and invoices have been received by the customer.
