As a former Naval Officer and Surface Warfare Officer, I gained extensive experience in leadership, program management, and technical operations. I’ve led teams in high-pressure environments and served as program manager for various shipboard programs including cryptographic materials, security manager, ordnance inventory, explosives safety, and the visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS team). Recognized Navigation subject matter expert proficient in the use of all electronic and celestial navigation systems and knowledgable in maritime applications of international law.I’m passionate about autonomous maritime systems, particularly unmanned surface vessels and autonomous navigation technologies.
