Whilst in Local Government he managed the delivery of various Highways and Public Realm initiatives (£50m+). This involved the Introduction of core Programme Management approaches, a significant change in organisational approach and up to 200% reduction in costs. He has managed teams of over 300 people and developed effective relationships with senior clients including the Home Secretary’s, Junior Ministers, Council Leaders and Chief Officers.
