Accountable for the sourcing and talent pipelining of candidates using multiple sourcing methods.Responsibilities include:• Conduct needs analysis briefings with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand current & future hiring requirements. • Creating legally compliant vacancy adverts • Directly source active and passive candidates using both online and offline talent sourcing methodologies. • Screen, qualify & shortlist candidates and arrange interviews in accordance with appropriate legislative compliance and best practice. • Manage candidate expectations ensuring they receive an excellent experience throughout the sourcing process. Deliver a consistent and ‘best practise’ candidate experience.• Solicit, document and deliver hiring manager, stakeholder and candidate feedback and decisions • Effectively manage and maintain applicant tracking system• Educate customers on the resourcing process and the roles and responsibilities involved in the process.
