RestructuringWorking with funders, insolvency practitioners and companies to restructure businesses and advising directors in relation to their resonsibilities where insolvency of the company is a concern. Experience in advising companies undergoing a commercial restructure and advising clients on the acquisition of a business and/or its assets in an insolvency context. Acting for potential purchasers considering opportunities to acquire assets from companies which have been placed into an insolvency process.Litigation Acting for finance and corporate clients in the North-West, wider UK and internationally. Experience with shareholder and partnership disputes and broader corporate dispute resolutions. Advising on regulatory compliance, risks and liabilities in regulated business sectors. Advising clients on commercial disputes and conducting litigation on their behalf.Finance Experience in asset based lending and financing of assets including aircraft and marine vessels. Work on UK and cross jurisdiction lending facilities on behalf of large lenders. Transaction experience including aircraft sales and aircraft operation and management agreements. Involved with large projects for multinational clients including undertaking comprehensive reviews of full suite of standard agreement documents.
