I am the Head of the St Austell Family team and a member of the Law Societies Family and Children`s Panels as well as being accredited by Resolution as a family expert with expertise in private child work advocacy and domestic violence work.I am a member of Resolutions national domestic violence committee and provide training both locally and nationally for both solicitors and not for profit sectorI regularly undertake advocacy in the Family Court at both Magistrate and District/Circuit Judge level on all aspects of family work including care , private/ publicly funded children/financial cases and Representation for clients on International relocation. Outside of work my personal interests are mainly sports related particularly rugby( sadly now only watching), squash ,archery and surfing.
