Peter will be responsible for the management of existing and future real estate assets and for the development, design and execution of architectural and engineering capital projects for Tribal real estate holdings and investment interests. He will oversee the preparation of individual property and project estimates, budgets, cash-flow projections, project cost controls, change orders and schedules.Peter also leads the Planning and Development team's acquisition process and asset and property screening. Peter will be assisting the Tribe in diversifying their portfolio and continuing to add new revenue sources for the enterprise.

The project encompasses 1,155 acres and more than 8,100 homes and apartments, schools, parks, recreation centers and 25 acres of commercial. Peter's responsibilities include the entitlement, development, construction and sale of approximately 1,200 residential units at the Preserve. His responsibilities include:• Manage and obtain project entitlements and site approvals• Prepare and manage project budgets• Develop project schedules and deliveries• Supervise the preparation of engineering and architectural plans• Manage the construction of offsite and onsite improvements• Prepare and develop HOA budgets • Assist in the negotiation of sale to guest home builders

• Manage and obtain project entitlements for over 4,000 residential lots in various projects in Arizona and Southern California.• Prepare and present detailed business plans summarizing deal points to Investment Committee for approval.• Assist in the acquisition of various portfolios totaling almost $1 Billion.• Manage non-performing loans and REOs in multiple portfolios with assets in various markets.• Enforce loan documents and navigate through legal proceedings. • Prepare valuation calculations for residential, land, commercial and retail properties.• Assist in real estate transactions including closings and settlement agreements.• Negotiate loan work out and various deal points. • Manage and report portfolio performance to investors.• Negotiate terms of development agreements with numerous public agency departments.
