• Installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of KenGen applications.• Assist in the Installation, Administration of Access Control System.• Assist in optimization of KenGen business processes in information systems.• Providing first- and second-line support services to users.• Network installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.• Preventive maintenance of ICT infrastructure in KenGen.• Promote and train senior executives on optimization and integration of KenGen apps on tablet devices also providing other solutions within the same concept.• Provision of training and support on ICT based technology and systems.• Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (SAP) management, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
