With over 23 years of work experience in economic policy, financial regulation, and international advocacy, I am a passionate and effective leader in the capital markets industry. As the Managing Director of International Policy and Advocacy at SIFMA, I represent the interests and views of the U.S. based capital markets in global forums and dialogues. My mission is to promote sound and coherent financial regulation that fosters innovation, growth, and stability for international investors. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in both public and private sectors, and across different regions and markets.In my current role, I manage key international relationships with senior policymakers and industry representatives, and play a key role in forming and launching the British American Finance Alliance, a strategic partnership between the U.K. and U.S. financial services sectors. I also lead the European and international asset management representation for SIFMA, advocating for the interests of asset managers and investors in various regulatory and policy initiatives. I leverage my skills in economic policy, economics, and public financial management to provide insights, analysis, and advocacy on various topics and issues affecting the capital markets.
