• Conducting trainings to bolster improvement on safety culture across personnel groups.• Review of company processes and suggestion on methods to improve overall safety for all employees• Scrutiny of all construction activities for personnel safety and regulatory compliance • Completion of workplace safety and hazard inspections• Provision of assistance in managing health and safety programs aligned with industry standards• Identification and elimination of potential safety code deficits and addressing adequacy of safety systems through inspections and audits.• Checking of JSA’S and permit controls for adherence to client’s regulations.• Attending Safety meetings as company resource person.• Preparation of safe systems of work, risk assessments, lift plans, checklists and method statements.• Compiling project specific Emergency Response Procedures and Preparedness plans.• Conducting site safety inductions.• Participation in management reviews of health and safety systems.• Attending regular site, technical and progress meetings.• Compilation of weekly safety reports.• Conducting toolbox meetings.• Organizing and maintaining necessary project safety documentation.

• Conducting Workplace Safety and Health audits.• Conducting Environmental Impact assessment and Environment audits.• Carrying out Risk assessments, Noise survey and Fire Safety Assessments.• Designing Environmental Safety and Management Plans.• Statutory Safety and Health Committee Training.• Preparing training and audit reports.• Drafting EHS policy documents for clients.

• Help in establishment, implementation and maintenance of the processes of theIntegrated Management System (IMS).• Help in drafting, approval, review, revision and distribution of controlled documents asrequired by the IMS.• Coordinate training and awareness for the proper functioning of the IMS.• Participate in checking the quality of PPE and other related safety items.• Follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventiveactions.• Planning and scheduling of IMS audits• Planning and scheduling of IMS review meetings and follow up on recommendedactions.• Help to coordinate occupational health and safety related surveys e.g. noise, lighting,exposure to chemical substances and follow up associated recommendations.• Induction of visitors and workers on QHSE procedures and policies.• Help the QHSE Manager to deploy procedures• Help in managing and administration of the IMS management software
