Rollout Planning: define scope of work, resource requirements, scheduling of activities and resources (responsibility matrix), tracking mechanism, communication plan and documentation. Rollout Execution: coordinate field activities, schedule with appropriate parties, provide regular updates and communications using proper tools (CPM toolkit) for internal and external stakeholders, and manage changes in rollout scope. Rollout Completion and close out: coordinate and issue acceptance to vendor timely, submit invoices and secure payment timely from finance dept, prepare final project rollout reporting; present final report as well as lessons learned Under my rollout team leadership, we have delivered the following projects: • RAN Expansion and Modernization project; 188 new base station site builds across South Sudan. • RAN Modernization and Power upgrade: 137 BTS sites swapped from Ericsson to ZTE and hybrid power installation (inclusive of auto controlled battery backups). • Renewable energy (solar) solutions deployment • Microwave transmission backbones upgrade – 88 hops upgraded from 2+1 to 6+1

Took overall technical responsibility rolling-out NSN equipments for Airtel across several OpCos in Africa –Flexi MR BTS, hybrid MW, Hybrid power, BSC/RNC and PaCo for Managed Capacity Contracts.Roles included:• Attending customer meetings to resolve Installation readiness of sites (passive network requirements like Power, space availability on the tower& shelters, access to shared/leased sites), building and agreeing on the installation material BOQ and scope, sites implementation priotization and give a status and progress update on a daily basis.• Implementation resources management: building and maintaining organization structure, resource demand plans (based on know-how and competency), teams training on implementation and acceptance tests (MOP Training), ownership of OHS training and compliance for the teams• Scheduling of implementation activities (prioritizing), engaging appropriate parties: (Warehouse, customer team, security dept …),progress tracking, status updating to appropriate stakeholders, managing and reporting implementation scope changes, ensuring consistent use of IPM (integrated Project Management tool) by all implementation teams for updating and reporting.• Assist in project costing and budgeting by updating Service Item Description (SID) documents from the project scope that defines implementation scope to be ordered from service suppliers, support in project cost build up by filling service and material macros in the change request process.• Help define installation procedures for different network nodes (BTS, MW, TRX upgrades, MW capacity upgrades, define and guide acceptance tests.• Overall in-charge of implementation subcontractors, resource requirements, allocation of sites per regions and capacity, quality checks and controls acceptance tests, follow up on IPM usage compliance and hand-in invoices from subcontractors.

Lead in installation, integration and commissioning of ZTE RAN equipments in customer sites including:• Installation supervision, quality control, commissioning and integration of ZTE SRAN BTSs ZXSDR 8200; installation of necessary software baselines (SDR software), configuration of IP/ATM transmission parameters, radio parameter configuration and issues troubleshooting• BSC/Transcorder, baseline software installation, interfaces definitions and creations , A, A-ter, A-bis, IPGb, O&M, definition of radio parameter for the network and O&M activities for the BSC, esp sites homing and re-homing• Installation supervision, quality control, commissioning and integration of ZTE Hybrid Microwave ZTMW NR8000; configuration of IP/ATM transmission parameters, radio parameter configuration , loop testing and issues troubleshooting• Commissioning and integration of fiber network nodes for traffic backhauling OLTs and ONTs, handling issues rectification and troubleshooting in fiber networks

• Site surveys and analyzing different sites requirements for Microwave, BTS, BSC installations• Performing RBS and MW installation and offering commissioning and integration support to Ericsson engineer• Providing accurate project progress information to project management and raising flag to any arising risks• Conducting site acceptance tests together with Ericsson engineer and obtaining a signoff
