CurrentManage operations of a 1.4 Million SF/94 Acre Mixed-Use Office Park• Prepare Annual Budget for Condominium Association and 3 Individual Ownership Entities.• Develop Capital and Major R&M Plan exceeding $1,000,000 per annum.Manage operations of a 1.4 Million SF/94 Acre Mixed-Use Office Park• Prepare Annual Budget for Condominium Association and 3 Individual Ownership Entities.• Develop Capital and Major R&M Plan exceeding $1,000,000 per annum.• Manage interior/exterior common area site vendors including preparing of RFPs and awarding contracts.• Work with former owner and vendors to ensure DEC Compliance regarding Environmental Remediation Program as the site is a Class 2 Superfund.• Act as liaison between condominium owners for all operational and financial matters.• Tenant point of contact for majority owner.• Calculate Annual CAM/RE Tax estimates and true-ups.• Record and Produce Aerial Drone photos and video presentations of site work and routine property inspections.
