I returned to Nortrux in 2005 as Journeyman HD Technician. My responsibilities included diagnosing and performing repairs to customer units in an efficient and accurate fashion. I took great pride in meeting or exceeding efficiency expectations while also not sacrificing quality of work. For these reasons as well as my ability to positively interact with customers, I later became a lead hand technician and night shift foreman.
