• Performing Pre-Construction documentation control and quality assurance• Reviewing daily inspection reports and plans in accordance with scope of work• Evaluating bids from contractors and performing estimates to compare best pricing• Assisting in the change order process and proper cost tracking of time and materials• Performs field quality control tests and inspections

• Support Construction Management team members in managing field operations of existing portfolio assets• Assist during site inspections, to include taking photographs, assessing existing conditions, and creating written project documents such as RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, submittals, etc.• Support Construction Management team in tracking construction progress, completing the permitting process, and overseeing contractors, consultants, and vendors• Collaborate with property managers to track DOB, ECB, FDNY, and HPD violations• Support in responding to work delays, emergencies, and other problems as needed• Assist in monitoring project scope for changes affecting budget and/or schedule• Assist in conducting due diligence for new and prospective acquisitions

• Sourcing “longlists” of appropriate candidates for the business by prioritizing the use of the internal applicant tracking system as well as external platforms when necessary.• Effectively utilize the internal database and employee referral scheme to build highly efficient talent pipelines.• Engage and activate passive candidates via targeted and personalized approaches.• Extensively work on market benchmarking exercises to stakeholders about market standards and trends.• Manage all inbound applications, ensuring every applicant receives a positive experience of Mott MacDonald• Create engaging job adverts in accordance with Mott MacDonald's principles.• Work collaboratively with line & hiring managers and the wider talent acquisition team to both identify and engage the talent we require.• Ensure all live roles are managed in a consistent manner, ensuring that expectations and service level agreements are met, and candidate experience is always prioritized.• Accountable for effectively positioning Mott MacDonald as an employer of choice when compared to the market standards and convert passive candidates in our markets to highly effective employees at Mott MacDonald.
