CurrentDevelop relationships with a panel of brokers and deliver agreed targets.Deliver and document sales activity in line with agreed business plans. Apply market knowledge to identify and focus on accounts which deliver high volumes to Friends Life and Aviva..Attend network events and chair round table presentations around the countryHave in depth knowledge of Friends Life and Aviva products as well as keeping up to date with other life companies.Capture, and use IFA information to aid planning and relationship development.Take personal responsibility for resolving customer service issues.Identify opportunities and recommend ways to add value to the IFA’s business. Identify and act on opportunities for cross selling. Fully aware on a day to day basis, all aspects of compliance, Regulation and Treating customers Fairly in order to maintain Friends Life and Aviva regulatory standing, as well as own knowledge base.
