Latest work has been doing Village electrical maintenance as a Temp worker for Sodexo and Compass Group at Olympic Dam and Moomba from July 2020 until October 2021. Permanently employed by Compass Group at Olympic Dam 2021 until August 2022. Left Compass Group to work for Civeo at Prominent Hill which is still current.Started my apprenticeship 1981 in Alice Springs as an Electrical fitter mechanic working on installation of underground xlpe cables for substations and service mains. Also did first and second fix domestic house wiring.Moved to Adelaide 1985 worked for Prestige Electrical wiring houses locally and at Roxby Downs.Started work at Mayfields 1988. Worked on the upgrade at Millicent paper mill, industrial power and lighting. The new Myer building from start to finish installing the Minder building management system. 1992 started work at Technical Electrical Services wiring electrical mechanical services and building management systems.1996 became self employed sub contracting to Comfort Air conditioning and Air Comfort Services, during the winery boom I installed CO2 gas monitoring systems with automatic extraction of CO2 and supply of fresh air at Wolf Blass and Penfolds.Started my own company in 2005, McPhee Electrical Pty Ltd with 3 employees. Specialising in air conditioning power and controls including wiring of chilled water air conditioning system plant rooms, VRV Daikin and Mitsubishi air conditioning systems and building management system installations. Some of the jobs were at Flinders University, Adelaide Uni, Trinity College, Tindale College, Chesser House, Citi Arcade. The latest being Level 0 and level 5 of Uni S.A. Health and Innovation Building, North Terrace, Adelaide for Air Conserve Pty Ltd.
