At Holt Electric I serve as a specialist in PLC's and HMI's. I assist customers with programming PLC's, building BOM's, and troubleshooting when issues arise. My goal is to do everything in my power to keep our customers happy with the products we offer. I believe this is pertinent to growing our business and expanding our customer base.

At Caterpillar Global Mining (formerly Bucyrus) I relocated to Wyoming. During this time I primarily functioned in a troubleshooting and repair role. I obtained my MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) Electrical Green Card Certification allowing me to work on low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems. I also helped customers develop planned maintenance schedules, recommended and quoted upgrades and repairs, and offered technical support whenever required.

While I was completing my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at UWM I worked as a full-time co-op and part-time student. My work consisted of testing and modifying Siemens WinCC and Step 7 applications. I was also responsible for programming HMI's prior to being sent to the field and completing all paperwork associated with our ISO certifications.
