When I stepped into the role of Campus Staff Minister at UW-La Crosse, there had only been a very limited presence of InterVarsity on the campus, with a few students eager to live out their faith while in college. My role has involved equipping these students with the skills and experiences they need to effectively plant mission-focused small groups on.

I currently volunteer my time with the Western Technical College baseball team, overseeing hitting, baserunning, and catchers.

Global Baseball merged together two of my greatest passions, coaching baseball and developing young people in their faith. My role as a National Director allowed me to develop curriculum and lead baseball camps and clinics around the world, including Cuba, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Austria, Hungary, and Kosovo. These experiences grew not just my skills.

In this role, I engaged in practice planning for 45 program participants and focused on recruiting, retention, player development, and scheduling. I also led the Inner City Initiative Program with a goal of building character development of children.
