Peter has been working in archaeology for 28 years and in the commercial archaeological sector for the last 20 years, as a site supervisor for 3 years and as a project manager for 17 years. Before joining Pre-Construct Archaeology in 1995 he concentrated on managing projects in Northeast London and Southwest Essex, and since then he has been responsible for undertaking projects across Southeast England and on a national basis. He has been a Director of PCA since 1998. His key specialisations include the procurement and project management of large excavation projects and company financial management. Peter is responsible for not just providing archaeological services to, but also understanding the needs of, a wide variety of clients including national bodies, local authorities and private companies for infrastructure, housing, retail, and industrial projects.
