The role of teaching assistant for the course System analysis and design were centered on assisting in project work and assignments related to the course.

Independently work with projects, contact the appropriate people and designing the best possible solutions inside the parameters set by the organisation. These projects were primarily centered around creating user centered documentation and analysis of data. Additionally there we small tasks with programming, 3rd level support and data collection.

Technical support for the employees in a major Danish bank. Involving everything from minor things in word to major server breakdowns.
