- Responsible for setting the overall company strategy and goals - The company's representative towards authorities and interest groups - Project management of major projects, including implementation of a customer service center that handles all calls to the company and customer portal

- Development of regional strategy and initiation of promotional activities - P&L responsibility for the region - Responsible for the daily management of the region, 8 account managers and 6 branch managers, a total of 40 employees - Ensure the interaction between the branches, sales and production

- P&L responsibility for purchase of ferrous and metals for recycling from customers at +300 million USD - Staff responsibility for 18 employees spread across the country - Develop, implement and maintain sales processes - Development and implementation of tools for cost/benefit analyses at customer level - Key Account responsibility for Bang & Olufsen, Danfoss, Grundfos and Vestforbrændingen.

- Sparring partner with CEO - Responsible for presentations and analyses to Executive and Board meetings, and participation in these meetings - Project management of major projects, including Implementation of inventory management system, optimization of logistics (using the principles of Six Sigma), and documentation of business processes

- Develop and maintain UL's business in the Nordic region, consisting of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland - Part of the UL Demko's senior management and the preparation of the company's overall strategy and objectives - Responsible for the daily management of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, a total of 12 employees - Examine and evaluate various options for UL's expansion in the Nordic market - Key Account responsibility for Bang & Olufsen, Danfoss, IKEA, ABB Safety Authority and Grundfos
