I’ve come to a frightening conclusion that I am the decisive element in the classroom. It’s my personal approach that creates the climate. It’s my daily mood that makes the weather. As a teacher, I possess a tremendous power to make a child’s life miserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration. I can humiliate or heal. In all situations, it is my response that decides whether a crisis will be escalated or de-escalated and a child humanized or dehumanized. Therefore I focus to make every day different, I always make it look like an endless adventure. I love mentoring and guiding students in the school, challenging and supporting them to be the best they can be. I love to make learning fun so that it can be memorable enough.Outside of school, I am very sociable and I love watching movies, swimming, playing chess, writing and reading. I also love nature travelling. I am interested in performing arts too especially choral poems and renditions.I am Skilled in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Educational Market Research, Translations, Subtitling, Curriculum Development, Public Speaking, Mentoring, and Management.I also teach Swahili to Foreigners (Basic, Intermediate and advanced stages)
