Routine maintenance of fleet of motor vehicles

• Carrying out services to four-wheel drive and non-fourwheel drive vehicles such white 1, blue, white 2 and red service, suspension system and transmission system.• Carrying out various auto-electric servicing such as alternator repairs and lighting system.• Took part in maintaining braking systems, differential units, tyre repairs and greasing of moving parts in both light and heavy commercial vehicles.• Participated in keeping the workshop neat and in order.

• Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing. • Servicing new and existing clients to ensure their needs are attended to satisfactorily. • stock controlling and management.• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.• Stocking shelves with merchandise.• Answering queries from customers and reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.• Keeping the premise tidy and clean whilst ensuring proper housekeeping.• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
