Peter Murphy is a shareholder in Kubicki Draper's Ft. Myers office. Over the last 40 years, he has handled all areas of personal injury defense with an emphasis on product liability, professional liability and other complex general liability claims. A great many of the cases Peter handles involve claims of significant injury and wrongful death. Peter is also an active member in Kubicki Draper's Hospitality and Retail Practice Group.An accomplished trial lawyer, Peter has tried well in excess of 200 cases.
