Peter is an experienced senior manager having worked in a variety of Commonwealth and State Government agencies in Australia and a number of private organisations in the fields of sport, education, health, OHS, transport and disability services. Peter worked for 3 years on the Sydney Olympic and Paralympic Games and received an IOC Golden Rings award for his services. After nearly 7 years at the PGA he worked for 6 months as a consultant to the sports industry before commencing a senior management role at Spinal Cord Injuries Australia in February 2010. He retired from this role in July 2017 but continues a formal association with SCIA as a Senior Adviser in a mix of casual employment and voluntary work.Specialties: Policy development and planning, government relations, project and event management, industry and community consultations, conference and seminar planning, organisational change
