I retired from my Senior Management role at SCIA after 7 1/2 years in July 2017. I have continued my formal association as a Senior Adviser assisting the CEO and management team with a number of projects in a mix of a casual employment and volunteer role.

Reporting to the CEO, currently responsible for all new services under development across the organisation with a major focus on co-ordinating SCIA's strategy and planning in relation to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Sydney

Responsible for 5 key areas of SCIA during this period including Employment Services, Accommodation, Emergency Services, Australian Disability Enterprise Commercial Services and SCIA's rehabilitation program for people with spinal cord injuries called Walk On. Between 2010-12 progressed the expansion of Walk On from its original site in Brisbane to now.

Little Bay, NSW

Responsible for development of a range of state and national strategic projects and new program initiatives across the organisation. Management of the organisation's Australian Disability Enterprise commercial operations, including a major contract with the NSW Government's Centre for Road Safety and other developing areas.

A multi disciplinary consultancy service with substantial contacts in the sports industry and across government agencies - specialising in project management, policy and planning, government relations, planning and delivery of conferences & seminars, staff and organisational reviews.

Management responsibility for the Events Division of the PGA and project management of a number of national and international projects - including project management of the merger between the PGA of Australia and PGA Tour of Australasia in 2007.
