With this company, I reported directly to C-suite executive team regarding performance of operations regarding growth and profitability of business activities. In doing so, I oversaw and guided development of three-year strategy and individual business plans for each unit, ensuring alignment with overarching goals and objectives..Some key accomplishments during my time include:. ~Pioneered change management initiatives that increased the share price.~Led the development of an integrated management system that achieved triple accreditation across the whole of business.~Identified opportunities to restructure business processes and improve profitability.~Created an additional business line through due diligence and introduction of new technology solutions.~Conducted in-depth gap analysis of staff skills and knowledge to facilitate selection of appropriate training programmes.

Over the course of this 25+ year tenure, I earned several promotions, gaining responsibility and accountability for P&L performance and implementation of change management initiatives.In my most recent position, I owned responsibility for directing strategic growth in alignment with targeted industry segments, regions, and treatment processes. In doing so, I demonstrated exceptional ability in leading a $450M waste solutions business through transformational change programmes. I also, unified regional businesses into common platform by adopting common methodology for service deliver and client engagement. Quite notably, I was entrusted to serve as primary liaison to clients which represented more than$150M of company’s annual revenue.From 2012 to 2014, I was the DIRECTOR COLLECTION SERVICES. In this position, I provided comprehensive leadership, oversight, and direction to strategic management of collection services business unit for Australian operations. Here, I established and motivated three Super User Teams to facilitate execution of business improvement plans across multiple functions.As DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, from 2009 to 2012, I led resource recovery business unit, overseeing all post collection activities whilst holding concurrent responsibility for managing equipment and maintenance functions for Australian operations. I was also selected, amongst peers, to represent country as delegate to company’s Global Centre’s of excellence.As Group General Manager for Victoria then NSW I had full P&L responsibility, set strategic direction for the State, managed stakeholder engagement and was responsible for up to 1000 employees and contractors.
