Part of Global Learning & Development team, focusing on CO+I Regional Learning Culture Activation, Consultation and Business Programs. We deliver learning solutions and services that enables reliable cloud growth and operational excellence in driving workforce capability for our Corporate Core Functions & Datacenter Operations built on an 'Always Learning Culture' for Noelle Walsh's organization (CO+I) within Microsoft.

Part of a Global L&D team with cross-regional program managers that partners directly with our VP regional leaders (AMER, APAC and EMEA) on non-operations learning needs within our datacenters. Our team's portfolio currently consists of highly impactful global programs such as the Learning Leaders Program, Career Experience Program (CEP), Employee Signals alignment, Branding, Communications, and regional learning support for our customers.

Based in our Cloud Operations & Innovations Learning organization within Microsoft, I am currently executing two roles as the business scales with organization changes and customer demands:• Learning and Development Technical Trainer (APAC) for CO+I Learning Field Engagement & Training Execution organization.• Business Program Manager (Global) partner to our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Lead for Cloud Operations and Innovation Learning organization.

Part of our Cloud Operations + Innovations team in Sydney when there were only 15 technicians and now our team has expanded over to 140 employees.
