I co-founded Great Neck Beverages, LLC and new ready-to-drink cocktail brand Cape Tide Hard Tea. As Director of Marketing, I lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns, manage brand presence on multiple social media platforms, facilitate content creation, and assist in partnership outreach. In a dynamic market, I strive to craft innovative strategies that position Cape Tide as a unique and desirable choice for consumers. In addition to these responsibilities, I also assist in the Sales department.Cape Tide is currently offered at over 300 locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

I shucked and served a variety of shellfish to guests, serviced guests with food/beverage requests in a timely manner, and ensured overall restaurant tidiness.

I hauled and baited 20 lobster traps multiple times a week during summer months. I prepared the live lobsters for sale and delivered to customers. I also communicated with local customers, wholesale buyers, and bait distributors.

I assisted in social media strategy planning, content creation, and other remote marketing tasks to help amplify EcoSwell's brand identity.

I registered sales on a cash register, stocked merchandise in a neat fashion, and assisted customers in need of help.
