- Organize and lead new product introduction trainings in the NY/CT territory to deliver the GE training message. Assist in the logistics and planning of the NECO Foxwoods show.
- Collaborate with region manager to develop the GE strategy for NECO which includes show, merchandising and display programs.
- Communicate GE/NECO initiatives and priorities with group management, dealer principles and GE sales team to allow strong execution.
- Excellent knowledge of the premium market and brands which allows for a stronger emphasis and penetration of built-ins and Monogram branded products.
