My responsibility included resourcing, time-planning, budget, and scope negotiations with the customer. We had daily contact with the customer and halfway through the project we identified an opportunity to change the scope in a way that would save time both for us and Softbank. They agreed and we were able to deliver the project on time and within budget. As part of the process they also rated the project and they gave both the project team and myself an exceptional rating. Based on this we were asked to present the lessons learned for the global Ericsson consulting community.
