Meet customers at C-level to align our service scope with their strategic objectives and teams involved in operations for more detailed feedback.2. Development of the price model and the product business case based on available market data. Make all assumptions transparent and add checkpoints for both Ericsson and channel partners.3. Responsible for common product roadmap activities with our key partner SAP and represented Ericsson on their advisory board.4. Be part of the process of transforming Ericsson’s sales and delivery processes from product focus to channel partner enterprise sales with a PAYG model.By using SAPs proven software combined with Ericsson’s service capabilities the entry barrier will be lowered for the SME segment, opening up a new business opportunities for our operator channel partners.

Responsible for driving Ericsson's sales engagement within new business area in the rapidly evolving business landscape of Myanmar.1. Started and qualified an mobile wallet engagement with the biggest private bank in Myanmar. Mobile wallet will enable financial inclusion of the unbanked population in rural areas outside the reach of traditional bank offices.2. Set up teams and driven mobile wallet engagements with two of the three operators in Myanmar. With one operator I set up a virtual team to be able to handle both the Wallet Platform and the Managed Services part, while it for another operator was all about raising awareness for what, to them, was a new technology.3. Created an interest with Medicines Sans Frontieres in using Mobile Wallet technology in minimizing human contact in countering contagious diseases globally.4. Engaging with the large local content creator to develop a Video On Demand solution for foreign Myanmar nationals (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia). Planned to be launched within Myanmar when the networks are more mature.5. As a CSR activity, helped to provide UN training regarding landmine protection protocol to our subcontractors.

Responsible for an IPv6 implementation project towards Softbank, one of Ericsson’s most important customers. My responsibility included resourcing, time-planning, budget, and scope negotiations with the customer. We had daily contact with the customer and halfway through the project we identified an opportunity to change the scope in a way that would save time both for us and Softbank. They agreed and we were able to deliver the project on time and within budget. As part of the process they also rated the project and they gave both the project team and myself an exceptional rating. Based on this we were asked to present the lessons learned for the global Ericsson consulting community.

This job rotation was my introduction to the Excellerate program. I had three main deliverables:1. Develop a new supplier segmentation model, implement it in a tool and support the rollout of it globally.2. Root cause analysis of fragmented small mechanics ordering. Identified the missing step and implemented an corrective action plan.3. An Excellerate project about the Operators view on Customer Experience Management. Interviewed operators and presented to Ericsson executives.

Early adopter in Ericsson RnD's change towards agile WoW.1. Volunteered to be one of the first scrum masters. Involved in knowledge transfer from the pioneers in Ericsson Finland, including setting up an own wiki.2. Responsible for the kickoff and forming of my scrum team. Secured that the team set up values which later was followed up during sprint retrospectives as basis for continuous improvements.3. Started the Scrum Masters Community of Practices to share experiences and best practices. Also set up a forum to handle general improvements across the organization.

Stand-in during an extended summer period coordinating the work for up to 50 software designers.1. Distributed and prioritized the work for three agile development teams. Encouraged the team to create improvement suggestions and added them to the backlog.2. Adopted a project manager role, totally involving 50 software designers. Directly involved in handling customer requests.

Test leader responsible for transferring a software test team to China. The personnel was split between Dublin (3 persons), Stockholm (2 persons) and Nanjing (9 persons). The task consisted of:1. Responsible for the team to deliver the requested features according to agreed schedule.2. Built the trust needed for remote work. I speak a little Chinese and spent time with the team outside of work.3. Created a process for the team to be able to work efficiently cross-site. Ensured that information distribution worked within the team.4. Through not formally a line manager, I had continuous development discussions with the team members to be able to assign them task along with their ambitions.5. Resource management, improvement handling & reporting to the teams stakeholders.In total I spent roughly half a year in Nanjing and Dublin.
