Monitors closure of all identified risks and opportunities.Having spent the last 39 years in the construction and oil and gas industry, working for main contractors, client, and consultants providing me with a complete view of the construction and engineering process from inception to occupation. In 1995 I became the National Winner of the C.I.O.B. Project Manager of the Year.Was Regional Programme Manager for West and Southern Europe, carrying out the rationalization of the property portfolio for Nokia and Siemens Networks across seven European regions during 2008 and 2010 with a value of £230M. I was required to manage N.S.N’s most ambitious global framework of good governance, project control and consistency, strategic reporting, risk identification and mitigation at planning stages and delivery stages.
