With over 25 years of experience in auditing, I am now a Deals Partner at PwC Enterprise Advisory BV, where I help clients throughout the deal continuum, from capital allocation to post-deal integration. I am passionate about delivering value, quality, and trust to my clients, and leveraging my diverse background and perspectives to create innovative and sustainable solutions. I am also the ESG in Deals leader in Belgium, where I advise clients on how to integrate ESG factors into their deal strategy, due diligence, and value creation.Prior to joining PwC Deals in July 2023, I was a Partner at PwC Bedrijfsrevisoren for 15 years, where I focused on auditing industrial groups with head office in Belgium, both privately owned and publicly traded. I also served as the HR Partner for Assurance and Advisory in Belgium, where I was responsible for talent management, development, and retention. In my role as an auditor and a leader, I developed and applied my skills in financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls, as well as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
