As a subject matter expert on the complete Incident process chain, decrease return-on-investment quotes and reduce ongoing costs while implementing business requirements on a steady basis and at the right time. Specialized in identifying positive and negative effects of development made across several chains of systems with several teams involved and then interlink and streamline work.

Analyzing hfc/lan network outages aswell as troubleshooting in central systems for all services.- Number portability; handling errors that occur for number porting orders and handling ordering/information/communications needed towards end customer and/or between operators

- 1st line support; including general questions, invoice handling, sales & technical support for tv, broadband & telephony.- Hotline support; a communications link between customer services, noc & field service providing up-to-date information about reported incidents.
