I joined Studio Detroit near the end of 2014, and am currently in an Project Management role. My current focus with Studio Detroit is in the Construction Documentation and administration of several small-to-medium sized projects. I have completed all requirements of licensure, and obtained my architectural license in November 2017. My continued goal is to help grow Studio Detroit as well as continue to implement BIM and Revit solutions and workflow throughout the project.Prior to joining Studio Detroit, I was the Revit/BIM manager at True Design Services. As part of this role, I produced highly accurate as built drawings and 3d models utilizing High Definition Scanning (HDS) technology. At TDS, we would import the scan data directly into either AutoCAD or Revit to produce accurate as-builts and, if desired, detailed drawings/models. I led a team on a 34 building, ~2 million SF, Revit modeling project featuring detailed exteriors and GIS coordinates built into the models. I specialized in modeling custom Revit families.I started in the architectural industry at Wold Architects and Engineers, where I worked for nearly four years on a variety of K-12 architecture and other municipal architecture. I have experience in all facets of a design project, on both large and small scale projects. I have been the lead architectural designer on several small scale projects from 1000-5000 square feet, and have been a team member on projects 75,000 square feet and larger. I also have experience in construction administration, including site visits and reviewing shop drawings from contractors.
