I am remain very active in both business and leisure activities. My current business activities involve commercial real-estate investments as well as health care consultancy. I am active within the South Florida business development scene and also involved in community service. I have served as both president and vice president of my home owners association for over nine years and currently serve as supervisor for two Community Development Districts. I currently write a monthly business column for "Your Voice" as well as author a quarterly business newsletter..."In-Sites" which focuses on commercial real-estate and business. For leisure, I am an accomplished chef having attended the CIA (Culinary Institute of America). and as a 3rd Degree member of The Knights of Columbus, I head up the food event programs for the annual Spaghetti dinner, BBQ and the New Years Eve dinner. These programs have been very successful in raising thousands for our charities. I also have a decent game of golf and always look forward to playing golf with my life long friends from New York. However, perhaps my principal interest lies in the restoration of the classic and special interest automobile. I have owned Maserati, Ferrari MG's, Porsches, Mercedes, hot rods and a Morgan (never will part with the MOG). My current project in my Florida garage is a 1971 Porsche 911 Targa. I have just completed the engine rebuild which I recently installed in the car. Now working on some minor paint and finishes and expect it to be on the road before end-of-year. I have a little time left over so I also sing (tenor) in the St Bernadette Church choir and am authoring a novel. I stay busy...since there is still much to learn...accomplish... give and enjoy...
