Re-Engineer old MS Access application into a web-based application. Gather user requirements to create a new up-to-date internal .net website in C#. Analyze and convert old Microsoft Access database into SQL 2012 database. Create triggers, tables, and views based on old tables. Modify tables and add relationships to conform to best practices. Gather feedback for bugs, features and enhancements such as getting directions from Google maps using JSON.Net. Create downloadable Excel reports from the website. Setup backup plans for the SQL database. Currently in maintenance phase, providing support and enhancements.

Designed, created, and maintained various websites such as https://completemarkets.com and http://businessreviews360.com. Duties switched to managing team, filling in knowledge gaps for the development team or other coworkers, and creating internal tools for various departments. Create/update legacy code from developers who have left the company or from software that no longer is supported. Create Reports/Tables from SQL database. Worked on integration of different systems/databases. As of March 2014, started work as a part-time independent software contractor extending application functionality.

Performed installs of Microsoft CRM but majority of work was in software customization and development of the Microsoft CRM system for several clients. Gathered initial requirements, met with stakeholders, and implemented changes as needed for projects. Assisted in fixing/updating various websites that the company had contract work for. Work consisted of fixing html, adding features such as emailing, submission forms, and maintaining contacts for a site. Created reports with Business Intelligence Studio.
